The products available on our website are described on their specific product page. We will always try to represent our products as accurately as possible both in terms of the written description, illustrations and photographs provided by our suppliers or manufacturers
We will continue to develop our products, in order to provide you with the best in quality products and accessories and therefore reserve the right to amend the specifications of our products, including price, packaging and associated service at any time, without prior notice.
Whilst we will always do our best to provide you with accurate images and descriptions of our products we unfortunately cannot guarantee that colours and details in website images are 100% accurate representations of the product. Sizes in some cases may be approximate.
Sale Of Our Product
The products displayed on our website are on sale at the price specified on each product page. All product is made to order and is subject to a delivery period up to 3-4 days depending on manufacturer production times and shipping schedules. In some cases it may be a stock item and at the time of placing your order you will be notified of the approximate delivery times.
If an order is delayed or is unable to be placed to our manufacturers for any reason, we will notify you. If our manufacturers are unable to fulfil a product item or it becomes discontinued for any reason, we will endeavour to remove promptly from our website. Any order that you place and for any reason we can’t fulfil, we will notify you immediately either by phone or email, cancel your order and refund you in full.
Our Prices
Our prices are displayed and payable in pounds sterling (GBP £) plus any applicable taxes. The price does not include any delivery costs in the UK & Ireland or Internationally, unless clearly stated. Any additional prices will be added to your checkout before making payment and will appear in your order confirmation page.
We will endeavour to meet any special arrangements for delivery and should you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Purchasing our products.
Using our website to place your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is then accepted by us once we have sent you an email to confirm the order. Products contained within that order and confirmed in the email will form the contract between the ‘supplier’ Mabron Plastics and you the ‘buyer’. Mabron Plastics shall under no circumstances be held liable for any losses to specific circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or for loss of profits, damage or property, or wasted expenditure.
It is your responsibility prior to placing your order to check and determine that you can receive our products within your home. You must ensure that the product ordered will pass freely into your home, that the products will fit into your chosen room and can be transported through the front door of your home, stairs and doorways. Your contact information including telephone number and e-mail address must be current and up to date to ensure successful delivery of your item.
The information you supply at the checkout page must be filled in accurately . We will not be held responsible for missed or delayed delivery due to an incorrect delivery address or contact telephone number. All additional charges or costs due to delivery complications or missed delivery will be added to your order and subsequently your final invoice
Payment
Your debit, credit card or paypal account is charged for the whole amount upon ordering our products. Our payment process is a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) one of the most powerful security systems online, reinforced by an encryption process in order to protect all significant data related to payments.
A credit card and personal information is needed to process payment. All orders are paid only through a PayPal account or by credit cards issued by companies listed on the payment page.
The sale will be submitted for processing as soon as you click on the “confirm” button and the sale will subsequently be confirmed via an automated email from us.
We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Delivery
We deliver to the UK, Scotland and Ireland and will also ship internationally (see International Delivery below) Delivery charges vary depending on location in the UK and additional charges may be added for remote or difficult to access locations.
Delivery lead time may vary depending on the products ordered. We do hold some stock items however, with all online orders product is ‘made to order’. You should allow up to 3-4 days for final delivery . Our delivery times are an average estimation. Some deliveries can take longer, or alternatively will be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming your order are subject to change. Should changes occur we will notify you at the earliest convenience.
International Shipments
We welcome all International delivery enquiries. However International shipments will be subject to a written quotation prior to manufacture. All costs and charges related to an International order including production and shipment will be made fully in advance prior to manufacture. All our products complies with UK regulations and standards and Mabron Plastics will not be held responsible for regulations not met outside of the UK. RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURES
We truly believe you will be happy with your purchase from Mabron Plastics. We value your custom and we want you back as a regular customer and want you to recommend us to your friends and family. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction in terms of our product supplied as well as the service we provide.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, you have the opportunity to do so with a ‘no quibble’ guarantee, if returned within 7 days from receipt of delivery. You must notify us via email within 7 days of receipt of delivery contacting a member of our Customer Service team Once you have contacted us, we will arrange collection and notify you of a proposed collection date.
We will need your order reference number, a brief explanation of the reason why you wish to return the product and any additional details you think are relevant. We will endeavour to answer your email within 24 hours and make arrangements for a member of our customer service team to contact you to organise a collection and explain all the necessary procedures. When returning unwanted items, you have a duty to/and are responsible for the care of the product during the cancellation period, which includes it being sent back in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging. You are responsible for ensuring we receive the returned goods in their original pristine condition and all measures have been taken to avoid any damage during the transport back to our warehouse. Items must not have been used in any way.
Upon receipt of your purchased goods and prior to signing the delivery form., it is your right and responsibility to check that your delivered goods have arrived in perfect condition. You must inform us immediately and certainly within a 24 hour period of any damage to your delivered goods.
If the delivered item is not what you ordered or is damaged, please ‘contact us’ as soon as possible to arrange a refund or replacement. With regards to damaged goods you must inform Mabron Plastics within 24 hours of delivery. We will ask you to send us a photo of the damage to help us in taking further appropriate action to rectify the problem. We will require you to return the item with care and it’s your responsibility to ensure it is packed as originally supplied. You will also need to include your customer order details. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will check the extent of the damage and a member of our customer service department will contact you and advise of any possible replacement or refund
Items returned must arrive in perfect condition with the exception of damaged goods already reported and being returned. Mabron Plastics retains the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be re saleable.
